Ricky Doyle
Managing Partner
Ricky spent the first twenty years of his career as a sports anchor and reporter, covering a variety of events ranging from the Super Bowl to the Final Four to the BCS Championship game. He leans on his background in journalism to allow him to creatively highlight our partner’s stories. His passion remains storytelling and he loves learning about 1708 Media’s diverse clientele and forming lasting partnerships.
Ricky grew up in Seattle, went to Boston College and Northwestern and has called Austin home since 2006. He and his wife, Cortnee, have two sons, three goldendoodles and a cat.

Will Sherratt
Managing Partner
The desire to cover the biggest games in sports was Will’s motivation to get into television. After 6 years as a reporter he found that his favorite part of the job became telling the stories that connected with every viewer-- not just the diehard sports fan. That’s his aim at 1708 Media: help clients share their unique stories that will resonate with any consumer.
Will is a University of Oregon grad and avid Bay Area sports fan who eats up all the college football content he can consume. He, his wife Lauren and their dog Skip make it an effort to constantly soak up as much of this great city as possible.

Sean Quintana
VP of Production
Sean brings his creative talents to the 1708 Team after spending 15 years as a coordinating video editor with ESPN in Los Angeles and Bristol. “Q” helps bring our projects to life with his expertise in lighting, videography, editing and motion design.
Sean grew up in Colorado and now calls Lakeway home with his wife Michelle and two sons, Makaio and Kuliano.
Malcolm Lott
Video Creative
Malcolm is a passionate storyteller in the realm of cinematography, editing and content creation.
With nearly a decade of experience in videography and filmmaking, he’s won two awards for Best Cinematography for the film, "Waves" which was released in 2022. He's had other films and a documentary of the Nate Parker Foundation screened at the Pan-African Film Festival in 2019 and 2023.
Malcolm’s work has diversified in a majority of industries, from fashion, high education, television, etc. He’s also had the pleasure of working with NBC Sports Group to assist with the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
Dennis Kelly
Business Development
Dennis brings his passion for creating fun content with his longtime friends to 1708 Media. In addition to being an award-winning television producer for over 15 years, Dennis loves making connections with people and contributing to the growth of 1708 by forming new partnerships and helping clients' visions become a reality.
Dennis grew up in Houston and if he isn't cheering on the Astros, Rockets or Texans, you can find him spending quality time with his wife Veronica, their son Cooper and dog Twix.

What's In A Name
"Where did you come up with the name 1708 Media?"
It’s one of the most frequent questions we’re asked. 1708 is the street address of the television station where we met and worked together. For us it’s a reminder of where we came from - our journalistic roots, years of friendship and a professional partnership that began even before we launched 1708 Media.
