Story
TSAHC partnered with 1708 Media to launch its first major awareness campaign promoting affordable housing programs in its service areas.
The work was designed to reach a diverse audience, with messaging delivered in both English and Spanish, and structured to perform across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
Rather than treating each deliverable as a standalone piece, we approached the project as a content system. A single production was designed to generate multiple assets (Long form, :30, :15, and :06 cuts), giving TSAHC the flexibility to extend the campaign across channels and over time.
By building the campaign this way, TSAHC was able to maximize reach and efficiency while maintaining a consistent, story-driven message.
