DMSF

1708 Media partnered with the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund on a yearlong video project highlighting how DMSF provides educational opportunities to underprivileged youth in the Chicago area through the game of golf. The content was created to support their annual fundraising efforts and showcase the long-term impact of their work.

Fundraising Mission Video, Storytelling

As part of this engagement, we produced a three-part scholar story series, each focused on a different stage of the DMSF journey: a current scholar, a recent participant, and Rocky, a former scholar who is now a successful businessman in Chicago.


The Rocky feature (shown here) highlights the full-circle impact of DMSF’s support. We filmed with Rocky at home with his family and in his Chicago office, illustrating the opportunities he’s been able to create for his children and the success he’s built in his career.


We also produced an event sizzle reel from DMSF’s 35th Annual Golf Classic, which raised more than $3 million for the organization. The video served as a key marketing asset to drive attendance and momentum for future events. Together, the series was used at DMSF’s Gala to reinforce mission impact and inspire continued investment in future scholars.
